347th Side mod (1.0) - File Description  


Description:
This sides mod, by "Commander_Fett," is a simple "appearance-only" sides mod. What that means is that the appearance of things in the game will change (a lot, judging by everything listed in the readme), but the .odfs will stay the same - ensuring online compatibility.

And I think I like it better this way. It doesn't overpower anything (a must, since this only affects the Republic side) and it doesn't drastically change the gameplay (for me, this is a plus - I like the default setup). It does let things feel a little new, which is nice.

The changes made are across-the-board, and they amount to changing things to look like phase 1 (Episode 2) clones with some slightly-changed color schemes. A few weapon models have been changed too.

So if you like, go ahead and download this. It won't break online compatibility, and it won't change things around too much. It's a nice visual change though, so try it out.

This is a mod created by Commander_Fett

This changes thje 501st into the 347th legion (my own made up one) that will be in my Mygeeto Assault series. This changes all the phase 2 troops into phase 1s, and gives them the armor of the 347th. It changes some of the weapon models for the units, and reskins the troops, vehicles, spaceships, etc.

instalation: extract rep.lvl and paste it in your starwarsbattlefront2/gamedata/DATA/_LVL_PC/SIDE folder. Don't forget to make backups of the stock rep.lvl first, though.
