Amador: Deep Forest (1.0) - File Description  


Description:
"Amador: Deep Forest," by yodakid, is a pretty straightforward forest map.

It's got a number of command posts spread out over a forest bisected by a river. There's a reasonable amount of cover, which is good.

The author has done a pretty nice job setting up the environment - the sky is nice - with a few hitches. The terrain texture is way over-tiled, and it's very apparent at far distances. It looks nice up close, but any time you're not looking at your feet it looks a bit odd. There's also some strange, ill-fitting foliage used to fill out the forest. I'm all for mixing the trees up, but there's not a lot of consistency in the plant design (some of these would fit better in a more exotic environment).

All in all, it's a decent map - if you see something you like in the screenshots, give it a try.

A map that takes place on the forest planet Amador.
There is custom sides for the Cis and Republic sides.
There is also only one gamemode, and that is conquest.
Not much more to say..

I guess almost every one knows how to install a map, but:
Extract AMA.exe, and move the AMA folder to your Addon. If you don't have a addon folder, then create one in Battlefront 2Gamedata

Posts: 431 		I remember the WIP - Looks amazing: 9/10. I had to put .exe on the end of the file for it to extract, as it downloaded as an unknown file type.
