Battlefront 1.3 Patch Beta - File Description

Description:

This is a US only full client patch and you should have the 1.2 patch installed for it to work properly. The final 1.3 patch should be released in a few weeks but in the mean time, install this patch and give it a try. Post any bugs you encounter and I will let the developer know.

This is basically what is fixed,

CHANGES FROM 1.2

Multiplayer

* Unlocked frame rate
* Better tolerance of latency spikes and frame rate spikes
* Fixed an end of game hang
* Better smoothing of predicted positions and orientations
* Allow more maps specified from dedicated server command line
* Better Droideka prediction
* Added remote admin support for those hosting dedicated servers
* Tighter clock synchronization under normal conditions
* Fixed joining servers behind most firewalls
* Allow more mod maps (was 50, now 512)

Global

* Fixed CIS Pilot shooting backwards

When I was at the spawn screen, I pressed (esc) and clicked (free look). I then was at the spawn screen but the background moved when I moved the mouse. I couldn't click on anything and couldn't press (esc) again.

First off, hello. Second, I have a few bad things about the patch. The gernade explosion range is too much and the rocket explosion range is too little. Also, the game seems to cut of in the middle online (tho that mabey is just my comp.) That should help out those underpaid people in lucasarts.

You have many invisible objects and invisible floors on some of the maps like the dune sea supersized model. Just pointing out stuff.....

um ever since i installed the patch it wont let me play. it goes to the screen that says sw battlefront, with the loading thingy in the bottom right corner. it stays there for about 2 sec then bombs out to the desktop. any help would be great.

as soon as i got onto an internet game the whole PC crashed and I couldn't turn my comp off without unplugging it! Now my PC is sooooooooooooo slow i cant even play SP Aaargh!!!

Their are some guys working on a SWBF1-SWBF2 conversion, but i think they can only convert maps .
