|Easy Awards (1.0) - File Description
| Description: |
darklink92 comes to us today with this rather interesting map, entitled "Easy Awards". The map, as you would expect from the title, allows one to get the kill-based awards in the game easily.
This uses the stock Tantive IV map shipped with the game as its base. There haven't been any modifications made to the map, but the sides are different. The Rebels have been changed to immobile weaponless drones that spawn in mass, providing lots of soldiers to simply mow down with the lone other unit on the map, which is a red stormtrooper that has extremely overpowered weapons. This unit has a rifle, pistol, sniper rifle, shotgun, a "nuclear rocket launcher", and a time bomb. These weapons allow you to get the kill-based awards quickly and easily by mowing down the weaponless Rebel soldiers that simply stand still and take it. The rocket launcher and time bomb do not get you any awards, but the time bomb is a helpful utility that gives you a timer until you can get the award again. The rocket launcher is just in there for fun.
So, basically, if you're having trouble getting awards, then this is the map for you. It's easy and actually really fun to just run around shooting everything imaginable. Give it a download if you need awards, or just want to blow off some steam.

Easy Awards v1.0
This map is designed to help people quickly get awards for their profiles. It is set on the stock Tantive IV map, but the sides have been completely overhauled. Play as a stormtrooper with overpowered weapons to rack up kills and awards rapidly, as well as a "Nuclear Missile Launcher" which I made just for fun. Note that your rifle, sniper rifle, shotgun, and pistol will disappear once you've gotten the award. This is useful for tracking purposes, but makes this map useless once you've gotten the 64 awards needed for legendary. Also, this map won't help you get Technician or Demolition as there are no vehicles to slice/critical hit. I may add a clone wars era to remedy this in the future.
There are unlimited reinforcements for both teams. To end the game, just take the rebels CP. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE TWO NEUTRAL CPS. I've modified the LUA to prevent them from being in the victory conditions.
Nuclear Missile Launcher - very powerful rocket launcher which also emits radiation (no awards)
Uber Rifle - very powerful blaster rifle (Frenzy Award)
Uber Shotgun - very powerful automatic shotgun (Regulator Award)
Uber Sniper Rifle - multi-shot horizontal spread sniper rifle, best used on level ground (Marksman Award)
Uber Pistol - very powerful pistol (Gunslinger Award)
Grace Period Counter - after getting award you can't get it again until you have respawned AFTER having it for at least 30 seconds, these time bombs make it easy (and fun)
copy EAM to your */Star Wars Battlefront II/GameData/addon folder (if it's not there, create it first)
To uninstall just remove EAM from your addon folder.
No jetpack model on stormtrooper
Nuclear Missile Launcher explosions doesn't always affect surrounding troops
Loading screen might have bizarre colored marks due to stretching
If you find any more bugs, feel free to contact me at smithd920 at gmail dot com.
Anyone can do whatever they want with this, so long as credit is given.

|I suall don't like these maps, but I'm gonna try it cause this sounds fun. You should make a Hoth map to get the guided missiles award. |
