Posts: 1248 		Twice a day. My loyalty to this site is unfliching. You can almost compare it to that of a Stormtrooper's loyalty to the Empire.

Don't listen to those guys, Maver! You go on with your life, and make us all proud. It would be nice to have new files and all, but hey, you've given us really awsome mods and maps. Thanks and to all of those who made the mod/maps. Really. Thank you for making this game over 9000 times better than it was before.

Posts: 371 		I assume the "aside" is a note that due to a glitch with the site's servers, the site more often than not displays (incorrectly) the site as it was in March of last year, rather than the site as it currently is. Same reason the files posted since then typically only show up after refreshing the page 5 times or so.

It's been so long since I'd put up a poll (I don't usually bother, since the site-reversion error makes half the poll comments post on the wrong poll) that I forgot that polls drop text after a certain number of characters, and since the polls are so wonky anyway, I didn't want to chance updating it to fix it.

The gist of it is like you said, I basically was just telling users to refresh the site. I think that most of us who spend time here frequently know this anyway, but it can't hurt to write it again.

And I think we're at an auspicious date! It's been one year to the day since the site has worked properly. What a fun anniversary!

Edit: Actually, scratch that. We passed the one-year mark a while ago, I forgot that before we had the site reversion error, we had the error where we couldn't post pictures to files.

Posts: 59 		I have the POTD's bookmarked in a list that I visit daily. I check out the main page once every few months, and check out new files to read the reviews when it's mentioned on GT that it was available here.

However I visit the site quite regulary, because I am still an SWBF II edict and I will probably be forever big grin
